Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Listening to: "Lilian" by Depeche Mode

Hello, this is Jenna, and I'm busy coding up the website right now. HTML and CSS are definitely not my strong suit, but just so long as the site's functional, I think I'll be happy. The site's been looking the same for weeks (and by "the same" I mean it looks like unfinished crap). I'm hoping to give it a serious facelift by this weekend.

Aside from the site, there's so much OTHER work to be done! Yesterday I worked on the pencil portraits for the top banner. They're taking longer to draw than I'd expected. I'm also trying to design business cards/postcards ... Here's the reasoning behind that---I'm heading to a sci-fi convention at the start of July (Convergence 2011 in Minneapolis). It'll be nice as far as networking goes but scary as far as getting everything READY in time. Eeeagh, and I have a cosplay to plan! *faints*

I should say, though, that I woke up this morning and watched Episode 10 of Young Justice. So I'm VERY happy right now. (Any fellow YJ fans out there will know that it's been FOREVER for a new episode. And can I just say that Roy Harper looks super cute in sunglasses?)
